lots) has been in the Butler family since the 1920's! (The main street
through Tybee, Butler Avenue, is named for the original owner, H.G.
Butler. He came to the area from Nova Scotia and Ireland in 1860 and was
Tybee's first Mayor!) The "raised cottage" house has been completely
